The staff at HHSM has one of the highest concentrations of certified specialists in the country. Our staff includes certified hand therapists, sports specialists, orthopedic specialists, certified Pilates instructors and manual therapy specialists.

Will my insurance cover therapy?

Most insurance plans do cover therapy. Please refer to the “Billing & Insurance” page of this site to review the list of companies that are IN-NETWORK.

What should I wear to therapy?

We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your injured body part.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

  • Insurance card
  • PT/OT prescription
  • Registration forms: filling out the registration forms before you arrive will expedite the registration process.

How long will each session last?

Your appointment will last approximately 45-60 minutes.

I’m traveling alone to Vail for surgery. Is anyone available to assist me post-operatively?

What are your hours?

Most clinics are open from 8am–6pm, 5–7 days a week. Please refer to the Locations page on our website for additional information.

Is there parking available at the clinic?

We have parking available at all of our 11 clinics. Please contact your clinic directly for more information.

Can I have treatment two days in a row or do I need to break it up?

During your first appointment, your therapist will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and discuss your plan of care, including the frequency and duration of treatment suggested to reach your goals.

Is it ok to see multiple therapists?

We will do our best to schedule your appointments with a limited number of therapists. Our therapists work as a team; so, if your schedule works best to be seen by more than one therapist, you can be assured that they will be in constant communication with each other about your progress.
