Brady Baker

After receiving his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2000 from the University of St. Augustine, Brady Baker moved to Eagle and began working for HHSM where he received a Manual Certification in 2002. As a specialist in cervical, low back, and shoulder therapy, Brady provides leadership and mentoring for the staff in our Beaver Creek, Eagle, Edwards, and Gypsum clinics. His extensive community involvement includes coaching middle school football and serving as the President of the Eagle Rotary Club. Brady and his wife, Carly, enjoy spending their recreational time mountain biking in the Telluride area with their 2 children.

Carly Baker

Carly Baker received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy at Colorado State University and has been working for HHSM for over 10 years. Specializing in the treatment of upper extremity conditions, Carly recently passed the Hand Therapy Certification exam. A seasoned athlete, she has competed in the local LG TRI and many Danskin triathalons in the past few summers.   In her spare time, Carly enjoys mountain biking and skiing with her two children and husband, Brady.

Jonathan Kempton

Jonathan Kempton was born in Heber City, UT and raised in Eagle, CO.  Jonathan was a HHSM patient before joining the Eagle team in 2008.  It gives him great joy to able to serve the people in the community and see patients graduate from therapy.  He lives in Eagle with his wife, Carla, and daughter. When Jonathan is not working, he can be found with his numerous family members that live in the area or cheering on his favorite team, The Eagle Merchant.

Robyn Ritsch

Robyn Ritsch, a Colorado native, earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine.  She returned to Howard Head Sports Medicine in 2009 after taking time to raise her daughters.  She enjoys the PT profession because of her love for people, health, exercise, and overall zest for quality of life.  When not working, she enjoys hiking in Zion National Park and camping at Sylvan Lake with her husband and daughters.

Andrea Sauer

Andrea Sauer joins our outpatient occupational therapy team from Newburgh, Indiana.  She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1999 and her Occupational Therapy degree in 2004 from Indiana University.  Andrea achieved her certification in hand therapy in 2010 joining an prestigeous group of therapist with advanced credentials in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries. Most recently, she attained a certification in manual lymph drainage and works with post-operative swelling in both orthopaedic and cancer patients.  On her off time, Andrea enjoys being outside hiking, biking, telemark skiing and traveling.

Ted Weber

Ted Weber joins our Eagle Clinic by way of Camarillo, California. He earned his undergraduate degree at Cal Poly, San Louis Obispo and his graduate degree from Husson College. Ted has earned his Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy and is also certified as a Sports Certified Specialist. An avid outdoorsman, Ted can be found cycling, backpacking, and participating in other outdoor adventures on his days off.  He has completed a marathon in 2 hours and 38 minutes – that’s a fast 26 miles!

Shayna Meka

Shayna Meka joined the Howard Head Sports Medicine team from Canajoharie, NY, by way of Simmons College, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Certified as a clinical instructor, Shayna specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and neurology. Shayna is also fluent in Spanish and often assists her co-workers with translating. Shayna skis at least 50 days in Vail’s Back Bowls each year; so needless to say, on a day off, you can find her having fun on the mountain.
