Online Application Process

Our application process for HHSM (and our affiliated Proaxis Therapy practice in South Carolina) includes several important steps. Applicants are required to complete several application components regarding work history, education and references. Howard Head Sports Medicine clinics are drug-free workplaces.  All applicants who are offered employment are required to complete a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test.
